Built by someone who has seen behind the scenes of construction operations.
Hi, I'm Jemma.
Flobalt was created after years spent working around operations, process improvement, digital products, and construction businesses that are excellent at what they do, but often held back by the way the business runs behind the scenes.
On a more personal note, my partner of 17 years is a joiner by trade, and now runs a successful construction company. I have heard it all! I decided to help his company with operations and it snowballed from there.

Before starting Flobalt, I spent over 13 years working in product management and business analysis, mostly in healthcare, financial services and insurance. I have led major operational projects including the NHS vaccination booking service, digital claims transformation for a national insurer, and large scale system migrations for a major bank.
That work was often messy, high pressure and full of competing priorities, not unlike construction. I got good at finding where things were actually getting stuck, bringing people together around a clear plan, and helping teams move forward without overcomplicating things.
Flobalt is that same approach, just applied somewhere it is needed just as much.
I've seen capable teams spending hours searching for information, wrestling with spreadsheets, manually processing documents, pricing tenders under pressure, and trying to hold everything together through hard work alone.
Most of the time, the issue isn't the people.
It's the processes. It's the way information moves through the business.
That's where Flobalt comes in.
I work with construction businesses to understand where those bottlenecks exist and help create practical improvements that reduce admin, remove friction, and make the business easier to run.
- Not through unnecessary software. Not through lengthy transformation projects. And not by telling experienced people how to do their jobs.
Just practical improvements that make everyday work simpler.
I started Flobalt
because I could see a gap.
Construction businesses are under constant pressure to deliver projects, manage clients, win work, control costs, and keep everything moving.
Yet the operational side of the business often gets very little attention because everyone is busy getting the work done.
Over time, those small inefficiencies become accepted as "just the way things are".
I wanted to build a business that helps solve those problems. Not by chasing technology for the sake of it, but by helping companies work out what is slowing them down and finding practical ways to improve it.
The starting point is always the same: understand how the business actually works first.
Flobalt sits somewhere between operations support, process improvement, and modern technology.
- The goal isn't to sell software or replace people.
- The goal is to help construction businesses spend less time fighting their processes and more time focusing on what they do best.
